Ospreys Rugby players like to cuddle lion cubs when is South Africa, that’s forgivable if you are then willing to be enlightened about what you are REALLY paying for !!

I posted (VERY politely) on their Facebook page, advising what they are actually paying for, along with graphic pictures of how these cubs end up, along with the trailer of Blood Lions & an invite to buy tickets to see the film & learn about the whole sorry industry
Ospreys deleted my comment & blocked me
I have also tweeted them ~ as yet not removed
@ospreys
I also tweeted Scott Baldwin on this post

That bloody lions been back at it again

1 ~ 0 to the lion ~ now let’s kick him into touch for his ignorance

Anyone who follows me, knows how I feel about this, I don’t have a problem with people making a mistake whilst naively enjoying what on the face of it appears to be an AMAZING experience, but when people reach out to you, to enlighten you, don’t behave like a moron, I invited them to come & see the film & listen to Richard Peirce, author of ‘Cuddle Me ~ Kill Me’ I suggested they could become ambassadors against this vile industry, they just blocked me after deleting my comment. They have also deleted & blocked others I have heard.

SO

Ospreys, now everyone will know how you like to ignorantly fund a big cat killing industry!!

For those with more of a conscience, who would like to understand what cub cuddling leads to, thank you, you can buy tickets here

    Doesn’t take a genius to work out why posts got deleted and blocked. Simply put by yourself “graphic images”. The page is for supporting the rugby team. I’m sure they are simply protecting individuals who do not wish to come across that sort of content that follow them on the respective platforms. Admittedly it is a topic that needs to be talked about and campaigned for but there is the appropriate place for such issues. Maybe just make the statement and add a link so those individuals inclined to know more and support the cause can access it that way instead of simply adding the images for all to see. Use more tact in your approach to raising awareness and less shock and awe and you will surely go much further and reach way more people.
